As PCS becomes part of Dover Corporation, it will be joining the Norris Production Solutions (NPS) family of companies within the Dover Energy segment.

NPS is comprised of several companies focused on artificial lift and production optimization. Among them is Ferguson Beauregard, who has been a part of Dover since 1988.

As PCS joins NPS, it will merge with Ferguson Beauregard. Previously competitors, the two companies will be coming together to offer best-in-class production products and services to the oil and gas production marketplace.

For the time being, PCS and Ferguson Beauregard will continue to operate and deliver products independently, but will be managed by a common executive team, headed by Jeff Giacomino as Managing Director. The executive team will lead the company through the integration process and into the future.

For the time being, each company will maintain business as usual.
PCS will sell only its current line of products, and FB will do the same. The companies will spend the next several months coming together as one organization, looking at synergies in product lines and identifying the "best of the best" of their combined offerings.
